Comment/excuse: First lap (24:05)run in the midday sun. Second lap in the evening much more pleasant - but both times the legs just refused to work properly.

Comment/excuse: My body feels broken and I cannot wait for the season to end. I am dreading the hill after Juncao at Interlagos already!

Comment/excuse: Three laps (18:06, 17:58, 17:13) final lap run the wrong way round. Heart rate scarily high on the hills! Saturday is going to be tough...

Comment/excuse: I'd like to thank: my wife and daughter; UBS; Simon; Sutton Images; hotel room mates who put up with me rising early for runs; Kenilworth Runners; and anyone else I forgot to mention. Great event, great year. Many Thanks!

Comment/excuse: Ran one lap of the circuit - the wrong way round to see what it was like. Ran it reasonably quickly but having run 3 laps in the morning, wasn't quite able to go flat out.

Comment/excuse: Ran at 11am, so was sunny and pretty hot. Ran pretty hard for first lap. Ran second lap 10-15 minutes later after cool down, ran this very steady.
Malaysia May 1 M. Kingston-Lee 23m 50s 4m 17s 4m 25s
Comment/excuse: Run about 10-15 minutes after the 'hot lap' and after a cool down and a pit stop. Was a pretty gentle run and the easiest of the weekend despite probably being run in the hottest temperatures.
Malaysia May 2 R. Batchelor 25m 26s 4m 35s 4m 26s
Comment/excuse: legs felt very heavy after yesterdays run, but felt more comfortable overall on today's run... lost 10 seconds though. This was down to taking it too easy at the start. My advice would be to take turns 1,2 and 3 faster.

Comment/excuse: Ran this lap at planned marathon pace for London later in the month. Was still pretty humid and hot despite not running until 6pm

Comment/excuse: Ran the second lap at planned marathon HR (Well tried to). Was a bit of a struggle as was pretty dehydrated by the end of the lap.

Comment/excuse: Ran alone this evening and took off over 1 minute!
China May 15 M. Kingston-Lee 19m 14s 3m 31s 4m 16s
Comment/excuse: Ran this lap at tempo effort. I'm suffering a bad back that is causing some hip and quad pain, but the painkillers lasted long enough to get through this one without too much discomfort.
China May 15 M. Kingston-Lee 20m 19s 3m 43s 4m 14s
Comment/excuse: Ran this lap at marathon pace, which felt very comfortable, except for the pain in hip and back...

Comment/excuse: Hip and back pretty screwed after marathon. Dosed up on strong painkiller just to make it round lap. Pace hindered a bit by this and just still generally tired after London efforts and trials and tribulations of getting home from Shanghai.
